Before you told the medical details in detail, I told that before dinner I used to eat dinner between 9:30 am and 10 am. Now eat, by 630 in the evening. I know that it is for most people

Unreal, but still, if you can finish eating your dinner at least 8 in the night, then it can do amazing work for your overall health and weight loss.

How to reduce the weight of the night when it is quick to help reduce weight

  • If you have a long gap between the last meal of the day and the next morning snack, then your body can be the most effective use of food. This means that it will not hold fat and sugar or calories, but will help to get out of dementia more easily.
