I also wrote about some remedies for this disease, especially about the D & C type remedies that your doctor will tell you.
Every woman who suffers endometriosis is suffering from acute pain. In many cases the pain starts menstruation one or two days before it starts and the pain is closed after the menstrual period. That means, in some cases, there is pain in almost a week.
But many people whose condition has reached an acute stage like me, they may have to endure this pain every day because they have a very short period of menstruation. And for the past two years I have to eat pencillas almost every day.
But I knew that the penkiller was not good for our health, but when I stopped penicillara, I was suffering from acute pain that I could not even speak. I knew I did not want to eat this medicine. So I searched for home remedies.
1. Ginger - Yes, we all Indians like ginger tea, and a great way to reduce ginger pain.

I eat ginger every day, and eat a glass of ginger in a glass of fresh water every morning. And when the acute pain comes I put ginger grinders in the mouth.
2. Zilli - This is another spice that we use almost daily. Zeroes also have anti-inflammatory properties and can cause pain due to the sudden constriction of the muscles of the body.
Apart from stirring all the cumin seeds or cumin seeds in one of my cooking, I spray one spoon cumin hot water and eat it a bit all day.
