Like many other women, many of us have been suffering from severe pain and discomfort during the periods of the menstrual cycle. Of course, there was no such problem in my case.
I was otherwise healthy, my dates were fairly regular and I would have noticed it every month.
Just from the last few years I noticed a major change in my monthly menstrual cycle.
As soon as I am older, the difference between the old rule is that my period is irregular. And the other symptom that is difficult for me to tolerate is the pain.
I have a strong ability to endure pain (that is the power sample that I have 7 tattoos and I did not have any problem with them, I did not feel so helpless.)
Bloodshed for at least 2 weeks in the month ...
But when my season was changing, the pain became worse and worse than the worse the worse.
Actually, the pain is so unbearable that I could not speak, even if my kids asked me something, I could not answer the answer. I started to survive by taking the pain medicines to reduce pain, even though the medicines were much higher. If I did not take medicine, then I would have been sleeping in pain for a whole week, and the pain would have doubled in it, my feet turned back and knocked on my cheeks. And yes, I could not eat anything at the expense of this pain.
It was once a month, now it is two weeks, ie once every two weeks, my menstrual cycle continues.
I have been bleeding every day for the past two years and sometimes it is not only bleeding, but it is only a blotchy stain but I can not do many such things before, which I could have done earlier.
Two weeks ago I was diagnosed with the severe endometriosis disorder.
What is endometriosis?
The endocrine tissues of your uterus are called endometrium. In the case of endometriosis, these tissues are exposed outside the uterus and trapped in the pelvic area.
This results in severe bleeding, the flock of tissues comes out of the body, and its pain is really frightening. This results in other physical problems, including infertility, as well as impossible weaknesses.
In the last 3 months, I had two major operations, where I was regularly kept in anesthesia and had to stay in hospital for several days. Even now, I have never been in the hospital regularly, I have been in the hospital some time for some time, or for a few days for medicines.
Endometriosis can bring many changes
There are many medical restrictions, which I have to follow and I have to spend days of conflict.
I am 36 years old, have two children, and I also do a job, that is, I do not have the luxury of falling asleep to spend pain or discomfort in my home. Perhaps none of us have the chance to make that luxury, but I realize that I am not alone, there are many women who are suffering for the same reason but are not aware of it.
Endometriosis can bring about a lot of changes in your physical and mental health as well as your social and personal, and I am also going through these changes in my life.
Once upon a time I came to know about someone infected with endometriosis when I read the autobiography of Padma Lakshmi, where she told how her marriage broke due to endometriosis.
Although I personally did not come in contact with anyone, but I want to tell all of my ways and strategies that I am living today with my pain and uncomfortable life. How can I explain how I am able to adapt to all these changes and make a few plans, at least some of the things can be made beautiful, I will tell them all in my next post.
