So today I am going to talk about some healthy foods mentioned in the previous post, and I will tell you how I made them at home. They are all very healthy that you can easily give to your kids.
These foods help you reduce your weight, I have referred to them as Fitness Food, as well as they are very healthy and give you the energy needed throughout the day, they contain only healthy ingredients and there is nothing processed, fried or oily. Moreover, they will not lose weight even if they give to your children. Because, kids will eat more nutritious foods all day long, they are some of the favorites, stomach fillers and free preservatives, which I'm sure they will love.

1. Weight Loss Tea:
- Cinnamon powder
- Pepper powder
- Yellow powder
- Fennel Powder
- Dried ginger powder
- Fresh organic honey (optional)
- Lemon pieces (optional)
- Mix all the tumors together and make an airtight jar.
- Pour one cup of water, lower it from the oven and mix it in a spoon mixture and stir well.
- According to your taste, you can give a piece of honey or a lemon.
