2. Dumbel Fly

For this exercise you will need an add mat and one set dumbbell.

  • Hold a dumbbell in your hand, lying on the mat of yoga to sleep.
  • Spread two hands on both hands and arms slightly bend along the fold of two elbows.
  • Bring the arm two over the shoulders and hold the position for a few seconds.
  • Lower your hands slowly to your two sides.
  • To get more effective results, try not to touch the ground with two hands before bringing it down.

3. Chest Fly

To do this exercise you will need a set of dumbbells.

  • Stand upright or take a foot on your feet and sit on the floor.
  • Hold a dumbbell in one hand.
  • Raise two arms together with a little bend from the elbow. Make sure your palm is facing upwards.
  • Now bring your hands in front of two, so that your palm is in front of your face. Maintain a small wrist of the elbow.
  • Go back to the starting position from this position for a few seconds.
